The terms on which we sell.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is placed — occasionally a piece sells in the studio and online at the same time, and we would rather tell you than substitute something.
Prices
In Pakistani rupees, inclusive of any applicable tax, exclusive of delivery. Delivery is calculated at checkout by city. We may change prices, but never on an order already confirmed.
Payment
Bank transfer or cash on delivery, within the limits shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment clears or COD is verified by phone.
Custom and made to measure
Priced after a consultation. A fifty per cent advance is taken to begin work and is non-refundable once cutting has started, because the fabric has been cut to your measurements and cannot be sold to anyone else. The balance falls due before dispatch. Timelines are given honestly and depend on the weight of the work.
Colour and finish
Hand block printing, hand embellishment and plating all vary slightly piece to piece. That variation is the nature of the work and is not a defect.

Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.
Governing law
The laws of Pakistan, with the courts of Lahore having jurisdiction.
