Yes, up to the limit shown at checkout. Above that we ask for a bank transfer first. Please open and check the parcel with the courier before paying.

Because they are made to measure. A bridal or a heavy formal is priced by the fabric, the weight of the work and how long we have, so a single figure would be misleading. Send an enquiry and we will come back with a real price and a timeline.

Measure yourself and compare against the size guide — body measurements, not garment measurements; we add the ease. Shirt length is listed separately on each product because it varies by cut.

Order the larger one and tell us in the order notes. Taking a seam in before dispatch is free and takes a day. Letting one out is limited by the seam allowance, so we would rather start big.

Minor alterations, yes, at no charge — hem length, sleeve length, taking in a seam. Say so in the order notes and it adds about a day. Anything structural is a custom order.

Seven days from delivery, on anything unworn, unwashed and with tags on, in the original packing. Message us first so we can reserve the replacement size — pieces sell out.

Custom and made to measure pieces, unstitched fabric that has been cut, anything already altered by your own tailor, earrings on hygiene grounds, and sale pieces marked final at the time of ordering.

We shoot in daylight without filters and we do not retouch colour, but screens vary. If the exact shade matters, ask us before ordering and we will photograph it next to something for reference. If it is genuinely not the piece pictured, that is on us and we will replace it.

Not in normal wear within the guarantee period. Perfume and hairspray are what usually strip it, so put jewellery on last and take it off first, and wipe it dry before it goes back in its pouch.

The pieces marked nickel free are, and most of ours are on a brass or German silver base. If you react to costume jewellery generally, message us and we will tell you exactly what a given piece is made of.

Ten to twelve weeks from the first consultation, including fittings. A rush is sometimes possible and costs more. Anything under six weeks we will usually decline rather than do badly.

We can work from a reference for the cut and the general direction, and we will tell you honestly what it costs to reach that level of work. We will not pass off a copy as another house's piece.

No. Fittings can be done by video with someone helping you measure, and we send the piece for a trial fitting where the timeline allows. In person is better if you can, particularly for a bridal.
