What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and delivery address when you place an order or send us an enquiry; and your measurements if you order something made to measure. Nothing else is required to shop here — an account is optional.

Why

To send you what you ordered, to tell you where it is, and to answer you when you get in touch. We use your phone number for delivery coordination because that is how couriers here actually work.

Payment details

We do not store card details. Bank transfers are made to the account shown on your order; cash on delivery is collected by the courier. Nothing sensitive sits on this website.

Who else sees it

The courier carrying your parcel gets your name, address and phone number, because it cannot be delivered otherwise. Nobody else. We do not sell or share customer lists.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Enquiries for two years. Measurements for as long as you are a customer, so a repeat order does not mean measuring again — ask us and we will delete them.

Analytics

We use basic website analytics to see which pages people visit. It is aggregate, and it does not identify you.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, and we will. Marketing messages, if you opted in, stop the moment you say stop.
