How we work

Photographed as it arrives

Every piece is shot on a plain ground in daylight, without filters. The colour you see is the colour that reaches you, which is the whole reason an exchange is rarely needed.

Stitched and altered in house

Ready to wear is cut to a published size chart, and minor alterations are done here before dispatch at no charge. Tell us in the order notes.

Exchange within seven days

Unworn, with tags, in its original packing. Custom and made to measure pieces are the exception, for the obvious reason.
